Facts are beginning to rear its head on why Mr. Okezie Ikpeazu has been unable to govern Abia State.
Information made available to SecretReporters revealed that the Governor is not only paying loyalty to his immediate benefactor, T.A Orji, but also hold strong allegiance to Anambra born billionaire, Mr. Ifeanyi Ubah of Capital Oil.
According to a Peoples Democratic Party insider, who narrated how Anambra billionaires always leave their state to enthrone governors in other states, Abia was a beneficiary of such move.
He revealed that Ifeanyi Ubah was one of the major sponsors of Ikpeazu, that saw him rode to the government house, alongside Fayose who also doled out money to the academic Doctor turned politician.
SecretReporters findings on the reason behind Ifeanyi Ubah’s generosity to Ikpeazu, we gathered that it was in exchange for the slot of three Commissioners to be nominated by him as well as allegedly getting some part of the state allocation.
The Abia Governor is currently repaying Ubah by making Capital Oil suppliers of fuel products to government agencies in Abia State.
