Days after Secret Reporters uncovered the Rector of Nigerian Television Authority training college in Jos, Halima Bewell, for not having the required qualifications to be the Rector, a delegation sent to investigate her has been bribed, informed highly placed sources.
Our findings reveal that, soon after the report where it was reported that she ran and left the NIPSS when she was to be investigated, the NTA headquarters sent a delegation to investigate her, which was led by Mr.Ndamisa, who is the NTA Director of training, but contrary to their specified job in the institution, the Director held a meeting between the Staff of the institution and the Rector, Halima Bewell, where none of the staff could utter their grievances for fear of the Rector’s presence and what could befall them later.
The Director, we learnt, is a core loyalist of the Rector, as the Rector gave him millions of Naira, to be silent on the issue, alleged sources.
In response to Secret Reporters last report, the Rector, had summoned a meeting with Lecturers of the institution, where she announced an increment in their salaries, where she pleaded for their cooperation, on the impending investigation on her.
As at the time of this report, there is an ongoing management meeting in the Institution.
