Secrets Reporters reliable sources have once again confided in our medium that the last may not have been heard in the bribery case currently rocking the Appeal court judges which were to deliver judgment in the Delta State gubernatorial elections until their removal.
We gathered that, Justice Marshal Umukoro had approached Ogboru, the Labour Party guber candidate, to deceive him to part with substantial amount of money to enable him approach his fellow judges and swing judgment to his favour, as Justice Marshal Umukoro alleged that the Peoples Democratic Party and the All Progressives Congress had also done same.
Sensing that the Judges may have been compromised, and their judgment could not be relied on, Ogboru petitioned the Chief Justice of Nigeria, (CJN), which led to the removal of the Appeal court judges and new ones been replaced.

Meanwhile, despite media reports, we also gathered that, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa is unperturbed, and has remained in Delta State to perform his legitimate duties.
