The Administrator of Liberate Delta Movement has been honoured with an award as Delta Role Model. Mr. Stephen K. Dieseruvwe is a UK based Urban and Regional Planner; Development Practice Specialist; Monitoring and Evaluation Practitioner; and Driver Training and Road Safety Consultant.

Stephen, who is a Social Democrat; Change Advocate; Political, Social and Public Affairs Commentator, holds a Bachelors Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria where he graduated in, with First Class Honours and as the best overall student in his Department.


He also holds a Masters Degree in Development Studies from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, as a Guinness/Leeds University/Foreign and Commonwealth Office Scholarship fellow.
Mr Dieseruvwe has conducted extensive research on rural development, community development, poverty, and sustainable city management.

He has vast working experience in master planning, regional planning, plan preparation, development planning, transport policy and planning, rural development, citizen participation and participatory development.
Stephen is a member of International Development Evaluation Association (IDEAS), Nigerian Institute of Town Planners (NITP), Town and Country Planning Association of United (TCPA) and Associate Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport. He is happily married with children.

He was outstanding for this award on his contributions to the development of humanity and his contributions to the growth of Delta State.
