PATHETIC CRIMINAL: THE AG. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY OF NHIS ATTAHIRU IBRAHIM STEALS 11.9 BILLION NAIRA FROM CIVIL SERVANT ENROLLEES MONEY
National health insurance scheme (NHIS) money is a contribution for health service delivery by mainly civil servants and not gotten or given by the government.
Secret Reporters discovered that the NHIS Ag. Executive secretary/CEO Mr. Attahiru Ibrahim compelled the release of a whooping sum of N11.9 billion from civil servant enrollees’ money in his custody, which is money meant for proper care of citizens health.
Looks are truly deceitful and deceptive. Secret Reporters also found out that Mr. Attahiru Ibrahim approved another outrageous sum of N30,661,400 to himself and 5(five) of his cronies in the name of participating for the Global Flagship course on Health Systems, strengthening and sustainable financing which took place in Washington DC from the 21-31 October 2017, but none of them went for the conference, yet they pocketed the money. Despite not securing a space to attend the program, the total sum of N30.6m was paid to Dr. Emma Ohuakanwa, Dr. Jonathan Eke and Mr. Adelaja Aberooron to attend the conference.
CATBAN (Citizens Action to Take Back Nigeria) confirmed and is authoritatively reporting that the program has finished and none of the people who received the money registered let alone attending or participated. Judging from Mr. Attahiru Ibrahim’s looks, citizens eating from the crumbs the remain for Nigerians would be compelled to help him while he sleeps in air conditioned rooms, laugh, eats, swindles, hoax and allocate Billions of Nigerians money meant for proper care of health and still gain pity with his deceitful and deceptive looks.
