The Federal Aviation Administration’s releasable aircraft registration database, which SecretsReporters audited in full, records the Bombardier Global Express XRS N104DA and the Bombardier Challenger 605 N605DA as registered to TVPX Aircraft Solutions Inc Trustee of North Salt Lake, Utah. A third aircraft tied to the Dangote fleet, the Bombardier Global 7500 N457AD, stood in the same trustee’s name until it left the register, and the Administration’s reserved number record for N457AD names Dangote Industries Ltd as the party holding the number. No publication has reported the trustee registrations or the reservation.
The Administration’s record for N104DA, a Global Express XRS with serial number 9266, names TVPX Aircraft Solutions Inc Trustee, of 39 E Eagle Ridge Drive, North Salt Lake, Utah, as registrant, with a certificate issued on 2 October 2024 and an expiry date of 31 October 2031. Aviation databases identify the aircraft as Aliko Dangote’s, and its sale listing described it as one owner since new. A broker brochure dated December 2025 gave its base as London Biggin Hill. Flight records show it flew Lagos to Toronto and back on 14 and 15 September 2026 and Lagos to Teterboro, New Jersey, on 17 September 2026, and it remains on the United States register.
The record for N605DA, a Challenger 605 with serial number 5930, names the same trustee, with a certificate issued on 20 March 2025 and an expiry date of 31 March 2032. Aviation databases list its owner as Dangote Group and Dangote Industries Ltd, and flight records show it working Lagos to Abuja sectors in September 2026.
The Global 7500, serial number 70030, was registered to TVPX Aircraft Solutions Inc Trustee with a certificate issued on 17 October 2024. The register shows it deregistered and exported to San Marino with a cancel date of 9 September 2025, and the Administration’s reserved number record shows the N457AD number reserved on that same day by Dangote Industries Ltd, care of Gilchrist Aviation Law PC, 1200 NW 63rd Street, Suite 4000, Oklahoma City. Aviation trade reporting has since placed the airframe in San Marino with a charter operator.
Under the Administration’s owner trust system, the public register names the trustee and no one else. The beneficiary for whose benefit a trustee holds an aircraft sits in a private trust agreement that the register does not publish. Checks of the Administration’s registration and deregistration records, of the sale listings for the fleet and of the group’s corporate filings produced no beneficiary name for the trusts behind N104DA and N605DA, and no public record names one.
The United Kingdom register carries a second, older entry that no publication has reported. Companies House records Blue Star Investments UK Ltd, company number 02610660, with Aliko Dangote, born April 1957, as a director appointed before 14 May 1992 and styled chairman in its later filings, and his late brother Sani Dangote, born April 1961, as co-director. The company’s correspondence address was Marble House, 1 Alfred Rewane Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, its 2011 annual return shows share capital of £2, and it was dissolved on 6 March 2012 by voluntary strike-off.
The same trawl of foreign registers found no property registered in Aliko Dangote’s own name in any jurisdiction searched.
