The Delta State House of Assembly leadership we can report has successfully duped the people of Delta State and the governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa of millions of Naira in the name of going for legislative training in the USA, which was widely criticized in March 2016.
Contrary to the popular belief that the criminal lawmakers went to a prestigious institution to be trained, and has blatantly refused to tell the constituents the school they got the legislative certificates from, Secret Reporters has obtained the name of the institution that awarded it to them.
According to our ever reliable source, the Speaker, Mr Monday Ovigho Igbuya who is secretly called ‘E no dey’, which is his slogan once anyone asks him for money brokered a fraudulent deal with a business centre of no repute in the United States to carry out the shady exercise.
Mr ‘E no dey’ connived with one Elvira Consult, a business centre to just train them for few days and type a paper called certificate to be issued to them.
To make it look so genuine and deceive the lawmakers and Deltans, Georgetown Institute of Technology, a respected school was used as the training venue. Unknown to the suspecting legislators who thought they were being trained by Georgetown Institute; they ended up going home with a business centre certificate.
