NFF IMPOSES IFEANYI UBAH AS ANAMBRA FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION CHAIRMAN IN A STAGED MANAGED ELECTIONS

In what many described as the power of money coming into play, business mogul, Ifeanyi Ubah, was imposed on the Anambra State Football Association as Chairman.

The Nigerian Football Federation who was desperate to have Ifeanyi Ubah as Chairman of the State FA, due to his money bag nature, organized a sham but secret elections on Tuesday, to enable him emerge as the State Chairman.

We gathered that, the election was earlier scheduled for Wednesday, but in achieving their selfish aim, it was brought back to Tuesday without notification of the other aspirant to the position.

The secret election was taken to Don Ritz Hotel in Awka, to enable the NFF election committee, headed by Chukwuemeka Ephraim and his members have total control of the venue and the fake delegates which they paraded, alleged sources.

Although the NFF has confirmed Ifeanyi Ubah as Chairman, with other members filling the vacant positions in the State board, there are reports that a redress will be sought for in court.

sources said, Ifeanyi Ubah’s money has been the reason why the NFF got attracted and wanted him at all cost.
