In a desperate move to end his trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, we can authoritatively report that, Bukola Saraki has gone further to attempt to subvert justice in a another crook manner, according to reliable sources.
In his desperate bid to put an unholy end to his trial, Saraki has gone to bribe President Buhari’s old time friends. We can confirm that, he reached out to six of them, bought each of them Mercedes Benz E350 latest model as bribes, in addition to that, he induced each of these six persons with Fifty Million Naira (N50,000,000.00).
As part of efforts to pacify them and give him a soft landing, Saraki gave them the car gift and the money so that they can help him beg President Buhari on his behalf to discontinue the criminal prosecution against him at the CCT.
Our further confirmation proves that, the six errands but unfortunate old men met with President Buhari and presented Saraki’s case.
Furious over this, Buhari rejected their plea, lambasted and expressed his disappointments that his old friends of over sixty years relationship could compromise their integrity even at their old age.
Expectedly, the errand men left the President, not only disappointed in themselves but also ashamed of their disgraceful conducts.
Sources said, “This is to further emphasize that Saraki’s case is as bad as worse; no amount of pressure he puts on the authorities can save him.”
“It is better for him to face his case and settle for the outcome, as it is and in accordance with the law, the case would not be truncated halfway and no Nolli Prosequi will be entered by the government.”
Another reliable source who confide in us said, “In this case, Saraki having exhausted his secret “plea bargaining” option, President Buhari should be careful with him, this Saraki may go after either the life of the President or the life of his government.”
