Secret Reporters
Delta South Senatorial hopeful and current Warri North House of legislator, Mr Micheal Diden aka Ejele in the House of Assembly has finally revealed what he’s doing in the assembly.
Secret Reporters legislative sources revealed this intention during the 2018 budget scrutiny last year, when the Speaker, Sheriff Oborewheri constituted the Committee on Supply to go through the budget sent by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
While the debate was on, Ejele and his Co-observer lawmakers were said to be moping like moron. After the debate, Ejele turned to Eric Oharisi and said “Eric, you know there are two kind of lawmakers in this house, those who came to make laws and those who came to occupy seat”. Eric looked at him, wondering where he’s heading to and said “Go on”. He continued, “Look at Mayuku. He’s a lawmaker. Look at Erijo, he’s here to make laws, but you and I are just here to occupy seats. This committee they just set up, you and I don’t understand what all these men did. Do we”?, our sources stated.
Those around him reeled in laughter we learned as he walked away smiling sheepishly before granting a Press interview where he fumbled and said “What is good for the geese is good for the press”, when he intended to say “what is good for the gander is good for the press”, after scratching his head to remember the exact maxim but still forgot it.
