Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has appointed Mr. Hillary Ibegbulam as principal secretary and Mr. Reimund Mgbakor as SSA on Special duties and also, Mr Ifeanyi Eboigbe as the Director of Protocol.
It is interesting to note that when Okowa was a senator, Hillary was Special Adviser while Reimund was Personal Assistant to Okowa.
