CERTIFICATELESS DELTA CIVIL SERVANTS SCALES HECKERBELLA SCREENING WITH BRIBE

Secret Reporters

Reports at our disposal shows that, Heckerbella Consultants who have been in charge of verification of results, age and other related matters, has defiled the aims for its hire.

Sources said, the aim of the State Government was to ensure credibility, probity, and determine the total work force on government payroll as well as flush out ghost workers and those with fake certificates while putting a stop to the unusual age declarations to remain perpetually in service.

Contrary to this, we gathered that the staff of the consulting firm collected money from some senior ranking civil and public servants of the state to push them through since they could not present their primary school leaving certificates and others with B.Sc issues were screened through the process.

Our findings reveal that personnel of the consulting firm have been in the habit of collecting bribes from civil servants, which we had earlier reported. Some of the senior ranking officers paid kick backs to the Heckerbella personnel and were screened qualified without looking at their credentials or ages.

Some civil servants who were genuinely screened who spoke with one of our reporters said, the State Government should inaugurate a corruption free committee with men of proven integrity to re-screen senior staff of levels 10 and above and senior lecturers and above for proper records to have a valid exercise.
