APPOINTMENT OF BLOCKHEADS: OKOWA S.A ON STUDENTS AFFAIRS TURNS S.A AGAINST STUDENTS

The Special Adviser to the governor of Delta State on Student Affairs in the person of Jerry Eriwario has now turned to Special Adviser against students as he keeps silent over the tension in DELSU student community.

The S.A on student affairs has remained mute over the tension in DELSU as a result of DELSU management imposing hostile measures that increases the burden of students by increment of medical hostel and renting of foams to students in halls of residence at #5,000 and #2,000 respectively depending on the campus which gives credence to the notion that the S.A on student affair is getting kick back for his muteness on the tension engulfing the university community.

However, the action of the S.A on students affair gives credence to the notion that he only acts effectively when there is going to be monetary gratification and his silence also gives credence to the notion that his appointment was a collateral mistake because he doesn’t have indepth knowledge/experience of Unionism across board.

Moreover, it should be known that prosperity can only thrive in place where there is peaceful co-existence and not where there is tension and panic.

Moreso, its imperative H.E the executive governor, Ifeanyi Okowa redeploys Jerry Eriarwo because his action(s)/inaction(s) clearly shows that he is incapacitated in handling such office as its now a song being sang in DELSU community that the S.A is now S.A to the governor against students.

Furthermore, its expedient the executive governor intervenes in the lingering crises engulfing DELSU before it escalates to another level.
