I have done a detailed search now and even called Cartier on the phone. The watch “Cartier Baignore” (The exact watch the First Lady had on) had long been discontinued by Cartier-eleven years ago. Even if you go their website now you won’t find it. And the newest version of that watch that came out 8 months ago cost $20,800 and nowhere near the 34,500 Pounds (N10m or so) that Nigerians are saying and even that one does not look like what Aisha in wearing. Like I said, the exact one she wore was discontinued 11 years ago (you can confirm from Cartier) and except she bought hers before it was continued, say in 2004, then she’s probably wearing a replica which goes for $129 (Check the website of KO-Watches and/or http://www.aliexpress.com)
