Secret Reporters can authoritatively report that the Special Assistant to the Akwa Ibom State Governor on New Media, Meflyn Anwana is to be shown the way out in an impending cabinet shakeup by the Governor.
According to our reliable sources within the Government circle, Meflin who is pregnant, will be proceeding on maternity leave upon delivery, and the plot is to easily ease her out with this.
Recently, there have been reports that Utitofon Morgan, the publisher of Sittipe Ke Akwa Ibom, an Akwa Ibom based online medium has been appointed the Personal Assistant to the Governor on Social Media.
With this, she will not return to her job due to the bad image Udom Emmanuel has continued to receive with several complains by the Governor’s Appointees and Pressmen in Akwa Ibom on her refusal to carry them along.
There are reports that Meflyn Anwana has done more damage to the Governor’s image and her inability to handle criticisms targeted at Udom is responsible for the reason to relieve her of her job on the pretext of maternity leave.
