To ensure the success of the merger and its funding, getting total control of Delta State government through the instrumentality of the Supreme Court has been assured by Okowa to those pushing his candidacy stated our sources. With the money from the state, states under the APC control will be funded by Delta State, noted an impeccable source.

Meanwhile, we gathered that this is the second betrayal Okowa will be engaging in his life, having promised Bukola Saraki, who’s angling to be the party’s Chairman of his support but now going behind him to scheme for same position. During the 2023 Presidential election, he led the Southern governors to sign an agreement never to accept to be the running mate to any frontline candidate, only to go back and supported Atiku Abubakar with an underground deal to be picked as the party’s VP which was done, an action that caused outrage which led to the party’s division spearheaded by the G5 governors of PDP.
