The least result to participate in gubernatorial election in Nigeria, a West African country is the possession of the West African Examination Council (WAEC) result.

This WAEC result we can authoritatively report is not among the certificates submitted by the All Progressive Congress (APC) candidate, Mr Great Ovedje Ogboru to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in his 2018 forms, while aspiring to be governor of oil rich Delta State.

Various documents seen by SecretReporters as submitted by Ogboru were laced with lies, including the ones sworn in court, as will be proved by this medium in subsequent report.

The 60 years old former financier of the Gideon Orkar coup claimed to have WAEC result from Government College, Ughelli, which he attended from 1971 to 1975, yet it was conspicuously missing in his INEC forms. If anyone thinks it was a mistake, then a check in his 2011 and 2014 forms where he contested under two various political parties ended the ‘mistake claim’ as he didn’t also add them, but was quick to add other results claimed to have been gotten from London Universities.

In 2014, he laid claim to having A/levels through continuing education from Government College, Ughelli Campus) but refused to write such among his certificate in 2018 forms and stated only WAEC which was never seen attached, despite INEC stating clearly that evidence of all academic claims should be added.

Out of over sixty submitted forms seen by SecretReporters, Ogboru remains the only candidate that didn’t submit WAEC.

Findings by close associate to Mr Ogboru on the possible reason that he refused to put his WAEC result were shocking, as a close source to him revealed that Ogboru was a dull student in school, right from his primary days and didn’t pass the WAEC exams which his mates excelled in, hence the shame to publicly put in a public document, to avoid it being used against him politically.

“But since your newspaper already have all his INEC forms submitted since inception, you can now see that he has no WAEC and now tell the world what he’s been hiding”, a source told us.

His main challenger, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa has his WAEC result as seen by us. Pundits place him as the likely winner of the March 2nd election, all polls done so far favors him.

Calls placed to Ogboru on his 08153575*** were not picked and didn’t reply our messages either.
