Akwa Ibom State Governor, Mr Emmanuel Udom has unleashed the demon in him by shielding Apostle Akans Week from prosecution after his Reigners Church killed over 200 persons during his ill-fated Bishop ordination.

Few days after the church roof collapse and survivors still receiving treatment in various hospitals across the state, Akan Weeks went on celebration galore with the Governor to Onna to celebrate the Christmas, while those his church building injured spent theirs in the hospital including two babies.

Secret Reporters can report authoritatively that Udom has secretly given another place of worship to the Apostle, pending when the already orchestrated committee set up comes up with their report, which has already absolved Akan Weeks of any wrong doing.

The new place of worship is Uyo Local Government Council Hall which is just a stone throw to the government house.

Investigations revealed that Akan Weeks personally paid an amateur builder N50,000 to remove the scaffold that held the roof less than twenty hours to his aborted consecration, against the advice of Idorenyin Daniel Udoh, who supplied the roof materials.

To give his Apostle friend a clean bill of health, Udom has conspired with the Police Commissioner in Uyo to use Idorenyin as a scape goat by arresting him for weeks, even when he voluntarily submitted himself to the Police to write statement.

As at the time of filing in this report, Lagos based lawyer, Inibehe Effiong has written a strong worded petition through his chambers asking for his immediate release.
