The massive looting and corrupt practices in Delta State Polytechnic Oghara has continued unabated by the Hon. Commissioner for Higher Education,Jude Sinebe, the Governing Council Chairman, Barr. Asawota Andy and the Rector, Clara Sogbaike, as the Rector’s children continues where their elderly looters are.

Investigation reveals that, Tertiary Education Trust Fund(TETFUND) released several millions of naira on a yearly basis for staff training, empowerment,conferences/workshop/seminars for full time staff, but the Rector’s three biological children, Oluwatobi Sogbaike, Oluwasegun Sogbaike and Modupe Ibikun Sogbaike (casual staff) are currently cooling off in Dubai for an international Conference with TETFUND meant for only full time staff.

The Bursar’s son, Teddy Akpubi (casual staff) and other casual staff who are not qualified to access TETFUND are beneficiaries and are also currently enjoying themselves in Dubai, thereby depriving other Chief, Principal, Senior Lecturers and Non Teaching Staff who are full time staff from benefiting.

Sources who spoke with Secret Reporters queried; Was TETFUND released to the Polytechnic by Federal Government for Clara Sogbaike’s family alone? Is it right for three of her children including one of them who is a casual staff to be sponsored to Dubai at the same time for an International Conference with the Polytechnic money while other full time staff were left behind?

There are evidence involving the Rector’s children, who have acquired massive properties within an outside Delta State, even as mere lecturers in the polytechnic, and documents revealing how they executed contracts in the institution, approved to them by their looting mother Rector.

Reports on their looting activities continues
