ANCIENT FRAUDSTER: APC CHIEFTAIN AYIRI EMAMI DUPES FMR NDDC ED TUOYO OMATSULI N500 MILLION TO GET RE-APPOINTED

The current ethnic protest rocking some parts of Delta State over appointments made in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) recently by President Muhammadu Buhari is allegedly sponsored by Chief Ayiri Emami, an All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftain, a source has revealed to Secret Reporters.

Immediately Engr. Ajenakevwe Samuel Adjogbe from Urhobo extraction was appointed as the Executive Director (Project), protests rocked parts of the State, calling for his removal and replacement with an Itsekiri man.

The protesters demanded that the sacked ED, Engr Tuoyo Omatsuli was an Itsekiri and he should be re-appointed or another Itsekiri appointed to complete his tenure.

Unknown to unsuspecting members of the public, Tuoyo had doled out a whooping sum of N500 million to Ayiri to help him talk to the APC National leader, Bola Tinubu and one of Buhari’s ministers to influence his return to the money bag commission.

To get this done, Ayiri who enjoys close relationship with the Minister of Petroleum (State) Ibe Kachikwu pleaded that he write a recommendation letter to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Mr Babachir David Lawal on Tuoyo’s reappointment, who will in turn give it to the President to act on, which Kachikwu did.

With that done, Tuoyo was set to get re-appointed until it was brought to Buhari’s knowledge that he is one of those who looted the country’s treasury and currently under administrative bail from the zonal office of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.

The refusal of Buhari appointing Tuoyo led to Ayiri organizing protesters with belief that it will make the President change his mind. In frustration, they have channeled their anger on Billionaire Olorogun Otega Emerhor who is the leader of the Party in the State as the man behind the downfall of Tuoyo, an allegation competent sources dismissed

Ayiri made his billions as a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and only defected to APC when Buhari won the Presidential election.

Tuoyo who is currently jittery we also gathered pumped in billions into the Presidential election on the orders of former Minister of Petroleum, Alison Madueke, with promise that he will return as an ED of NDDC.
