DELTA POLY RECTOR’S HIDDEN SECONDARY SCHOOL FINALLY EXPOSED, AS POLICE ZONE 5 AIG MUSA DAURA AND CP USMAN ALKALI FINGERED IN OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE

Weeks of denials by the Delta State Polytechnic management, have trailed our investigations on the institution, despite overwhelming evidences and documents in our possession against the Rector, Mrs.Clara Sogbaike and her management team, who has swam in corrupt practices in their activities.

Revelations of where her school is located in Benin has been disclosed.

The school we uncovered is located at Obasuyi street off Evukwu Benin City. In our last week report on the Rector and her management team, we had detailed how the Rector and the internal Auditor, one Sylvester Okah, had fleeced millions of naira through the school internally generated revenue and other monies that accrues to the Institution’s account, where they sign off cash at will.
Clara’s school according to our fact finding mission, is worth millions of naira and work is ongoing.

We have also gathered that, the Rector had gone ahead, to obtain an injunction from Court, restraining the police, EFCC and ICPC from investigating her.

This Suit has not been vacated by the Police despite several entreaties to the Inspector General of Police on the conspiracy and corruption between the Commissioner of Police in Delta and his legal department in the Command Headquarters Asaba for deliberately refusing to vacate the court order.

The CP, Usman Alkali in charge of Delta State and AIG Musa Daura in charge of Zone 5 Benin City has refused to direct their OC Legal in Delta State Command Headquarters Asaba to vacate the Court Order due to their complicity in the case, alleged sources.

AIG Musa Daura and CP Usman Alkali we are reliably informed, has provided a safe haven and prevented the Rector and others from being arrested by the Police Force Headquarters Abuja.

Facts reveal that, on the 19th September 2014, the Rector filed a fundamental human right in court, she also headed to AIG Zone 5 Benin City to lodge a false petitions filled with lies against some Lecturers in the Polytechnic for threat to her life when she was already a suspect granted bail in Asaba.

A lawful Police Signal signed by DIG was forwarded to AIG Musa Daura of Zone 5 Benin City for compliance but he bluntly disobeyed the signal.

A second reminder signal was forwarded to him again and he also disobeyed it. A third warning signal was delivered by two Police officers from G.I Section FCIID Abuja and acknowledged copy of signal was obtained.

AIG Musa Daura boasted that the former Inspector General of Police, Suleiman Abba was his friend and course mate and bluntly disobeyed the third signal from the DIG Arase Solomon (Now IGP).

We have discovered that, AIG Musa Daura has now become a godfather to the Rector and others up till date; they are still using their position and influence to scuttle investigation of the case which is currently being investigated by IGP Monitoring Unit Force Headquarters Abuja.
The Rector has once again boasted openly that she has settled Police from the top to the bottom and that for as long as she continues to settle the police, she can’t be arrested by the Same Police whom she has spent so much on.

True to her words, since 2014, even the Force Headquarters Abuja has been unable to arrest the Rector and her cohorts till date.
