This Day Newspaper publisher, Prince Nduka Obaigbena is not new to scandal, haven being widely acclaimed as a fraudulent publisher. The man popularly called the ‘Duke’ among his inner circles we can authoritatively report is the media backbone for Delta State Governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan, as he plots to install his ping pong candidate, Sir Anthony Chuks Obuh.

In one of such exclusive document obtained by this reporter, Nuduka has smiled to the bank with Delta State N371 Million, in an era when contractors have abandoned projects in the state for not being paid.

In the document addressed to His Excellency, titled, ‘Re: Invitation to advertise and partner with Arise News Channel, Africa’s First Global Broadcaster’, the State Governor was introduced to the so called Arise TV to ‘showcase its activities and achievements through advertorial and media partnership’ whose objectives it claims is to ‘rebalance global news, change negative global perspective about Africa as a continent of wars,  famine and disease while showcasing the daily achievements and challenges facing the African people as the same challenges facing everyone around the world’

Nduka who operates the ‘fake’ TV explained to the Governor that it broadcasts from London and New York, a claim which many Nigerians and foreigners have denied, as they have never seen such TV station before their very eyes.

In a deal struck between This Day Publisher and Uduaghan, this writer authoritatively gathered that should their request be granted, This Day will be used to project the Obuh candidacy, which Nduka quickly agreed to.

Delta money signed away…

If you are wondering how much was involved in this fraudulent agreement meant to mortgage Delta for four years, then wait for the shocker of the corrupt publisher who goes around with a fake TV Station.

Writing further, Nduka claimed that his TV station offers 1500 30-60 sec slots in peak time hours and 500 30-60 sec slots in off peak time hours at an estimated cost of $250,000 (Two Million, two Hundred and Fifty Thousand) for one year payable in advance to its network in its territories and additional fees of $2, 250,000 (Three Hundred and Seventy One Million, Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) at the current exchange rate of N165 he stated.
He advised the Governor to engage his thiefing TV Station for one year publicity at a negotiated fee of $1 million. Agreeing that the Ministry of Information cannot bear the cost, he personally told the Governor to pay from the 2014 vote head budget.

As expected, this money was paid into the fraudulent publisher account and up till this moment, no single promotional work has been done for the governor in the so call Arise TV Station. The only work currently being done by Nduka for him is to use This Day Newspaper to run stories of lie on the governor’s preferred candidate.

The Arise TV only came into the minds of few people when Nduka it was gathered connived with a certain Australian negotiator, Davies to claim that he was interviewed by them, where he made the claim of lies that General Ihejirika was among Boko Haram sponsors.

Competent sources have revealed that ever since Nduka got the money, the governor has been on heat to keep every of such illicit deals with Nduka away from government files, before all of them were exclusively gotten.

Watch out for more of the joint fraud by Nduka and Uduaghan
