TOURIST CHAIRMAN: WARRI SOUTH COUNCIL BOSS MICHAEL TIDI LOOTS N40 MILLION TO BUY NEW PRADO JEEP

When a politician whose intention is not to serve the people meanders his way to power, looting becomes inevitable. A typical example of this is no other than the chairman of Warri South Local Government Council of Delta State, Honourable Michael Ejueyitsi Tidi who has joined the bandwagon of politicians in Nigeria who take pleasure in looting tax payer’s money to enrich and satisfy their selfish ambitions.

Investigations by SecretsReporters revealed that Hon. Michael allegedly looted a whooping sum of N40 million from the council`s treasury to buy a new Prado jeep to satisfy his flamboyant lifestyle and ego while his people live in abject poverty.

Our source who is a close associate of this villain disclosed that the grandiose Chairman also spent N23 million naira on a wasted trip to Russia just to watch the ongoing FIFA world cup, abandoning all his constitutional duties as a Local government chairman for over a month now, Tidi has been with the train of the Nigerian Supporters club to Russia when he is not on vacation officially or a member of the Nigeria Football Federation.

It should be noted that this same Hon. Michael Tidi who gallivants round the globe while addressing the people of Warri South upon his election as chairman stated that he is poised on equipping youths in the Council with business and technical training skills aimed at giving them a self sustaining means of livelihood in other to drastically reduce youth restiveness and crime using accountability and transparency as his watchword.

He’s currently chasing landlords and business owners to pay tenancy rent, which sources alleged is meant to fund his lavish lifestyle.
