The lawyer turned politician is the immediate past Local Government Chairman of Sapele, this we gathered made him stupendously rich. Staging a comeback to the realm of wealth, the Green Chambers aspirant allegedly dipped his hands into Sapele LG treasury and helped himself with funds, beyond his legitimate earnings.
SecretReporters has been on the trail of Odebala, following tip off by sources close to him, of his payment of over N100 million to a yet to be identified contractor, to complete his abandoned skeleton hotel building. Impeccable sources revealed that his foray into Sapele number one seat spelt doom for the council as he used every available means to use the money meant to develop the place for his lavish lifestyle and acquiring properties.
He has finished building the hotel and recently opened it for business in Sapele. Just like his hotel in Asaba christened Valerie, he has also given same name to the one in Sapele. The hotel in Asaba was allegedly built with proceeds of fraud during his days as Commissioner before he went broke and was brought back to financial life by making him the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the 2014 LG election.
