Secret Reporters

The inability of the Nigerian government to probe church accounts have been taken full advantage of by the lawmaker representing Warri North in the Delta State House of Assembly, Mr Diden Michael alias Ejele, SecretReporters has learnt.

The lawmaker who has allegedly garnered billions from Delta State coffers especially the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC) where he collects millions monthly till date has diverted most of his ill-gotten wealth into a church he established long ago and his Mega Praise Microfinance Bank, where his wife, Mary Diden reigns as Chairman.

The name of the church used for keeping the diverted and looted wealth of the state is Mega Praise Church of Christ with headquarters in Sapele close to his house and the branch in Refinery Road, Warri, with the former Chief Security Officer (CSO) of DESOPADEC, Mr Tsewo Edema as the pastor.

According to sources, Ejele truly deserves to give God mega praise by establishing a church to keep the funds as a beneficiary of the benevolence of Delta State account which he has pilfered.

Petitions written to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Lagos office uncovered billions of Naira moved to various accounts across the globe. To kill the petitions, Ejele engineered some corrupt staff in EFCC Headquarters, Abuja, to mount pressure on Lagos investigators to hand over the case file to them.
