The money which was approved was not paid into the account of any of the selected students. Secrets Reporters gathered that the students were taken to Lagos, with the belief that they will board the next available flight to their destination.
Rather than taken to the expected countries, they were lodged in a hotel close to the Airport in Lagos for three weeks and kept incommunicado, for the world to believe that they were undergoing training in Trinidad and Barbados
The affected students after their supposed 3 months training have been returned back to their various villages in Delta State, while the N6 billion allegedly earmarked for the program has gone down the drain.
