Documents in possession of Secrets Reporters shows that the Former Niger State Director of the State Security Service, Mr.Larry Obiagwu who was removed as SSS Director in Minna and sent to Kaduna, before being posted again to Bauchi to remain redundant and was sacked unceremoniously on September 1, 2015 by Buhari alongside the agency PRO, Marylyn Ogar was enmeshed in fraudulent activities with Niger state Government officials who served in the last administration.

Revelations from the documents indicates that Larry Obiagwu had fraudulently obtained approvals for fund to the tune of forty two million, six hundred and eighty thousand naira for the furnishing of apartments for Assistant Directors of the state security service in the state command, which is against the norms of such security practice.

Our investigation reveals that the state security service in Niger state under the watch of Larry was turned into a begging apparatus, soliciting fund endlessly from the Niger State Government, while he in exchange haunts and kill those opposed to fmr gov. Babangida Muazu Aliyu
Larry in connivance with the former Secretary to the State government (SSG), Mr.Muhammed Yahaya and the then Chief of Staff had fraudulently obtained over sixty million naira from the state coffers into their private pockets.

Larry had coordinated the kidnap of Journalist Fejiro Oliver for possible assassination due to his revealing report on fraud committed by disgraced former Niger State Gov, Babangida Aliyu but was busted before the act could be carried out.
