Documents sighted by SecretsReporters have exposed the luxury lifestyle and acquisition of a mansion by the minister’s children.
Documents available to us reveals a three-bedroom residential property in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, owned by Ibrahim H. Gwarzo and Firdausi A. Matawalle, daughter of the Minister of State for Defence, Bello Matawalle, with the property currently estimated to be worth $329,402.
The property, located at 8178 Haley Ct, Harrisburg, PA 17112, is a 1,852-square-foot single-family residence built in 2022.
According to documents seen by SecretsReporters, the property is owner-occupied and sits on a 0.17-acre lot in Dauphin County.
Ownership records show that Ibrahim H. Gwarzo and Firdausi A. Matawalle acquired the property through a deed transaction dated August 10, 2022, for $278,115. Records further show that the property had previously been transferred in March and April 2022 for $230,000 in transactions involving Berks At Creekvale LLC before the August 2022 transaction involving Gwarzo and Matawalle.
