Investigation has revealed how Masari Ibrahim Kabir a long time political ally with the All progressive Congress and an appointee of the current President Tinubu administration has involved himself with actions that goes against laws of the federal republic of Nigeria.

The Nigerian Building and Road Research Institute (NBRRI), Lagos, made payments to the company on June 26 and 27, 2023, for projects in Government Community Day Secondary School. On June 26, a sum of ₦52,504,180.82 was released for the extension of three blocks, including furniture and complete equipment.

The following day, another ₦72,232,141.39 was approved for the construction of seven blocks of three classrooms, complete with furnishing, four executive toilets, and three offices. On September 2, 2023, the institute made an additional payment of ₦11,296,092.37 for the extension of three more blocks with furniture and complete equipment at the same school.

The Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on MDGs (OSSAP-MDGs) also made payments to Beautiful Mind Nigeria Ltd on September 21, 2023. The sum of ₦12,787,312.18 was disbursed as the final payment for the supply of a 30KVA JMG soundproof generator, complete with a slab and burglary-proof enclosure, at the 40-bed Primary Healthcare Centre in N/Banje Quarters, Kafur LGA. On the same day, the company received ₦144,673,286.25 as payment for the practical completion of a 40-bed hospital, which included fencing, a gate, a generator house, and external works at N/Banje Quarters, Masari, Kafur LGA.

SMEDAN Headquarters also made significant payments to Beautiful Mind Nigeria Ltd. On September 30, 2023, ₦119,302,325.58 was paid for the provision of three blocks of three classrooms with offices, furniture, and fencing at N/Banje Community Secondary School in Kafur, Katsina State.

On March 28, 2024, another ₦397,674,418.60 was disbursed for the completion of the Ungwan Iliya/Bagudu Kwantakwaran Takwaram-Tsiga-I Road in Kafur LGA. On the same day, the company received an additional ₦119,302,325.58 for another provision of three blocks of three classrooms with offices, furniture, and fencing at N/Banje Community Secondary School, under a separate contract.

Beautiful Mind Nigeria Ltd was registered in Abuja, with registration Number 601843. It was registered on 16 Jul 2004 and its current status is active.

The company is managed and run by four key management personnel among whom is Masari Ibrahim Kabir, the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Political and Other Matters.
