ANIMAL KINGDOM: GOV. OKOWA’S YOUNGER BROTHER TONY BEAT SSG AGAS FOR NOT TREATING HIS FILE QUICKLY AS HE THREATENS TO SACK HIM

Secret Reporters

Honor belongs to men of integrity, sharpened only by morality. It gives a man the courage to walk away from the foolishness and allure of office, in nations where conscience reigns.

This is not so in Nigeria, where men die while getting insults against the tenets of their office. And with the urge to stay in office, the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Mr Festus Agas was recently bullied by Tony Okowa, the younger brother to the State Governor, Ifeanyi Okowa.

SecretReporters can authoritatively report that on 25th June 2018, Tony stormed the office of the SSG in rage, entered the private office without knocking and demanded why his file was yet to be treated by Agas.

Attempts by the SSG to explain to the Governor’s brother yielded no result, as he kept shouting on top of his voice, which resulted to a shouting match.

Unable to stand the SSG shouting back at him, our source revealed that Tony descended on him with rains of slap, before he was held back by staff who had gathered to watch the feast of blow.

“At first, he was just hitting the SSG chest before they both started pushing themselves”, stated a source that was there.

We gathered that Tony Okowa stormed out while giving orders that if his file is not treated by the SSG before the next day, he will not only beat him to coma but also get his brother to sack him from the cabinet.

Mr Tony is the current Commissioner in Charge of Sports in the State and has been saddled with overseeing the contract for the completion of the Asaba Stadium, which sources disclosed has seen him and the Athletic Federation of Nigeria (AFN) President, Solomon Ogba, committing contract fraud. They both went to Dubai recently to allegedly enjoy the proceeds of loot from the stadium contract.

Since his appointment as the Sports Commissioner, he has abandoned his dilapidated building in Okpanam Road and now stays in choice hotel, within and outside the state.

All efforts to speak to both of them proved abortive as they didn’t pick up our calls.
