Balladoyne Limited is an Isle of Man company brought onto the United Kingdom Register of Overseas Entities on 7 February 2023 as OE023844. Registration on that register follows ownership of a United Kingdom property interest. The register does not identify the individual land title held by Balladoyne Limited.
The beneficial ownership record names Herbert Wigwe and Zedra Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited. Wigwe was notified as a beneficial owner on 2 August 2010, with significant influence or control. His entry ceased on 9 February 2024, the day he died in the California helicopter crash. His date of birth is recorded as August 1966.
Zedra Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited, registration 012182V, remains the active beneficial owner on the Balladoyne record. It was notified on 22 June 2012 and holds more than 25 percent as trustees of a trust.
Warne Limited carries the same structure. The Isle of Man registration is 001751V and the United Kingdom overseas entity number is OE024518. Wigwe was notified as a beneficial owner on 29 November 2006 and ceased on 9 February 2024. Zedra was notified on 18 April 2008 and remains active with more than 25 percent as trustees of a trust. Warne Limited was registered on the overseas entities register on 8 February 2023.
DHT Limited is registration 121689C on the Isle of Man and OE023885 on the United Kingdom register. Wigwe was notified on 12 February 2008 and ceased on 9 February 2024. Zedra was notified on 15 May 2008 and remains active with more than 25 percent as trustees of a trust. DHT Limited entered the overseas entities register on 7 February 2023.
All three companies are recorded at the same Douglas address, 2nd Floor, St George’s Court, Upper Church Street, Douglas IM1 1EE. All three hold United Kingdom property interests by the fact of their overseas entity registrations. The Companies House pages do not name the specific title held by any one of them.
The Balladoyne filing history also corrects a claim carried in earlier coverage of Wigwe’s companies. The filing dated 18 December 2023 is an update statement recording no change. It is not a transfer of Wigwe’s shares to unidentified legal entities. Wigwe remains on the register as a beneficial owner from the 2010 notification until the recorded cessation at his death on 9 February 2024.
Balladoyne filed a further statement dated 18 December 2024 recording no change, filed on 10 June 2025. A statement dated 18 December 2025 records that somebody has become or ceased to be a beneficial owner during the update period. That statement was filed on 25 March 2026. The summary record does not identify the person or company behind the December 2025 change.
DHT Limited has a similar open entry. Its statement dated 20 December 2025 records that somebody has become or ceased to be a beneficial owner during the update period. The summary record does not identify that change. Warne Limited filed a statement dated 1 April 2026 recording that nobody has become or ceased to be a beneficial owner during its update period.
The register carries one named cessation, Herbert Wigwe on 9 February 2024, one active trustee owner, Zedra Trust Company (Isle of Man) Limited, and one later beneficial ownership change that the summary record does not name. The Isle of Man notice gives the company registration number, the statutory route and the objection period. It gives no asset, no reason and no named objector.
