GRAND THEFT ALLIANCE: HOW APGA NATIONAL CHAIRMAN VICTOR OYE DUPED GOVERNORSHIP ASPIRANT IKEDI OHAKIM OF OVER $550,000 IN ORDER TO MAKE HIM HIS ANOINTED CANDIDATE

The National Chairman of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) Victor Ike Oye, may be paying an unscheduled visit to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) as he has been fingered by a former governorship aspirant in Imo State Mr Ikedi Ohakim for deceitfully obtaining funds running into millions of Naira from him in order to make him the candidate of choice during the party’s primary elections in the just concluded 2019 general election.

Information made available to SecretReporters revealed that in 2018, Ikedi Ohakim who was aspiring to be governor of Imo State was coerced into joining the All Progressive Grand Alliance by Victor Ike Oye with juicy promises and assurances that he would ensure he emerges as the flag bearer of the party as he was going to make sure that a free and fair election is conducted during the party’s primary elections

The National Chairman upon sensing that Ohakim was gullible due to his desperation to become governor immediately demanded a whopping $200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Dollars) from him to facilitate his emergence as the party’s flag bearer.

Ohakim who pleaded with Chairman that the money should be paid in dollars was vehemently turned down, however, considering that the amount was a paltry sum when compared to the supposed glorified position he was to get from the pious Chairman, he immediately arranged the whole amount in Dollars and delivered the same to Victor Oye at his country home in Amawbia, Anambra State.

Like a parasite which sticks on its host to suck it dry, the gluttonous Chairman also allegedly assigned one Barr. Ebele Ejikeme as his representative who within three days to the charade party primary elections demanded for another $100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars) from him as service charge in order to facilitate the governorship election; which was promptly paid at Protea Hotel, Owerri in the presence of her friend Obina Fredrick Udueze popularly known as Escobar.

Ignorant of the fact that the National Chairman was a cunning fox who is known for speaking from both sides of his mouth, Ohakim immediately proceeded to acquire the Nomination and Expression of Interest Form at a jaw-dropping N12,000, 000 (Twelve Million Naira) after which he was requested to pay another N10,000 (Ten thousand Naira) as fee for the party’s primary elections for each prospective candidate among other sundry charges.

In order to garner enough support for his governorship bid and having greased the palms of the supposed party’s political godfather, SecretReporters gathered that on 5th October 2018, Ohakim massively mobilized supporters in their thousands including nursing mothers, pregnant women, and widows who contributed their widow’s mite to support the governorship bid of their savior to the Aladimma Mall Owerri, where the primary election was scheduled to take place. Howbeit, the crowd was shocked to the bones to discover that the gluttonous chairman and his cohort rescheduled the primaries to hold on 7th October 2018 without any prior notice.

Alas, on the 7th of October, Ohakim and his sea of supporters received a rude shock when the Chairman announced another candidate as the party’s flag bearer after fleecing him of over $550,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Dollars) and N100, 000,000 (One Hundred Million Naira) respectively.

Ohakim who looked stunned as though struck by a bolt of lightning, sent one Ajoku Chigoze Josiah to retrieve the funds given to Barr. Ebele Ejikeme and the dubious Chairman but this has proved abortive as they have allegedly declined to refund his looting to the original owner.

It would be recalled that the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) which was adjudged to be a formidable political party in the Eastern part of Nigeria lost the governorship sit in the 2019 general elections to Emeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
