EXCLUSIVE: SENATOR PETER NWAOBOSHI SECRETLY KEPT IN UNDERGROUND CELL BY EFCC FOR TWO WEEKS OVER N8 BILLION FRAUD

The current Senator representing Delta North in the Red Chamber, Mr Peter Nwaoboshi has been out of circulation for three days now, but the news has deliberately been kept away from the media by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), who is holding him hostage, SecretReporters can report.
The notorious charge and bail lawyer turned politician was picked up in a yet to be disclosed location, following his refusal to honor series of invitation sent to him personally and through the Clerk of the National Assembly. According to a competent source, he has been in the underground cell of the commission, where he’s facing serious interrogation, without access to his phones.
SecretReporters gathered that he’s being investigated for fraud running into N8 billion which was diverted in his days as the Delta State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Chairman and as Chairman of the NDDC/Amnesty committee, where he influenced the award of multi billion Naira contracts to his companies that were not existing. He also bought the Guinea House worth N4 billion for a ridiculous sum of N805 million, which this medium and an anti corruption group championed its seizure by the EFCC.
He’s being detained on court orders, which will last for two weeks, before he will be arraigned in Federal High Court, Abuja. One of his boys, Ken, took food to him yesterday in custody.
When contacted on phone, the EFCC spokesman, Mr Wilson Uwujaren merely said “Hmmmmm, I will get back to you”. When asked how long it will take to get the official reply, he repeated “I will get back to you”. He never did before press time.
