EXCLUSIVE: EFCC SEALS OFF DELTA STATE N7 BILLION GUINEA HOUSE FRAUDULENTLY BOUGHT BY SEN. NWAOBOSHI FOR N650 MILLION

The Delta State Government may finally take over one of the state properties sold by the past administration of Fmr. Gov. Emmanuel Uduaghan. The Guinea House which was valued for N4 billion in 2014 by Union Homes was cheaply sold for N650 Million by Uduaghan whom he blackmailed into doing so during the Peoples Democratic Party election in 2014 when he was the party chairman.

The sale was petitioned to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) by the Anti Corruption and Integrity Forum led by Comrade Prince Kpokpogri and a media battle spearheaded by Secret Reporters. The operatives we gathered came in from Abuja after successfully securing a court injunction which they used in sealing the property, that is currently worth N10 Billion.
The Commission we gathered allowed Senator Peter Nwaoboshi to pump in over N2 billion into renovating it before they went for the kill. Following various reminders and constant visit to the commission by the group’s chairman, Kpokpogri, the EFCC made good their promise of sealing it off on Thursday after proper investigation. Nwaoboshi popularly called Oracle is in the forefront of the battle to stop the EFCC Chairman, MAGU, from getting confirmed as the commission Chairman.
The operatives were in Asaba over the weekend to check his houses and companies that will be sealed off in April. He will also be arraigned in court before the end of April according to our EFCC sources. Kpokpogri was at the venue of the sealing of Guinea House where he told this medium that all NWAOBOSHI as well as other properties of the state sold by the last government to friends and allies will be recovered.
