CHRISTMAS THIEF: RUSTICATED S.A ON STUDENTS’ MATTERS TO UDOM EMMANUEL, OTOBONG AKPAN IN ANOTHER RICE DIVERSION MESS (PART ONE)

Findings reveals that, the once University of Uyo rusticated Special Assistant to Akwa Ibom State Governor, on students’ matters, Otobong Akpan, who is notorious for diverting what belongs to the students in the state, is at the centre of another mess, as highly placed sources informed Secret Reporters that the past yuletide season in the state, was not rosy.

In what may seem to be a replay of the 2015 diversion of the 100 bags of rice, by Otobong Akpan, which Governor Udom Emmanuel gave to the students, we had earlier reported how the bags of rice developed wings, and cause chaos among the students’ community, which took the efforts of the Speaker, Onofiok Luke and the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) publicity secretary in the state to quell the infightings, as she later brought out 20bags of rice to share.

We reliably gathered that, not done with her greed for student’s Christmas gifts, Otobong had also diverted the last Christmas rice meant for the students, as she clearly told them to go and get their share from the rice given to the youth wing that they now belong there.

A close aide to Otobong Akpan, who was contacted to speak on the issue, said he could not comment on it, as he had nothing to say.
