OKOWA’S EMPOWERMENT SCHEME, A SCAM TOO MANY TO BEHOLD; AS TRADITIONAL RULERS SELL SLOTS

The prosperity for all Deltans, professed by Governor Ifeanyi Okowa, is gradually becoming a scam of the decade, as Deltans loyal to Okowa has hijacked the YAGEP, STEP AND PPSP empowerment scheme by giving the slots to their boys and core loyalist. Checks by Secrets Reporters shows that the forms which is actually six thousand in numbers, and is supposed to be shared at two hundred and fourty to each local government in Delta state has been classified into two categories, which is fake and none fake.
According to very reliable sources, only three forms are given to each community, which must be signed by the traditional ruler in that community. Hence, the forms currently being circulated on the internet is a big scam, as they are never accepted by the traditional rulers.
We have it on good authority that, the palace guards sends applicants away, once they discover that you are on a mission to submit any internet downloaded form. According to our sources, the following e-mails are used in submitting the forms: chukwuodigbo@gmail.com and efilohsjoe@yahoo.com. Deltans have been wondering why individual mails should be used in submitting a government empowerment scheme.
Although a website was built for this purpose, there was no official mail from the Delta state government that was provided for such purpose.
One of the Kings practicing this act is the Odio-Ologhbo of Ole in Isoko North local government area.
According to reliable sources, the Ole king explicitly stated that he was only given fifty (50)forms by the Governor’s aide, which he has given out, and thus, do not collect any form printed from the net.
Calls placed to Charles Ehiedu, the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, to respond to this report, never went through as at press time.
