Peter Nwaoboshi, Senator representing Delta North in the National Assembly will be smiling all over the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja, haven struck ‘gold’ as a lawmaker, but the effect of what his victory is causing the people of Delta North, especially Oshimili North where he is the lord of the manor will not easily be erased.

Nwaoboshi who prefers to go by the sobriety of ‘Oracle’ we can authoritatively reveal, spent little of his money in the just concluded election, where he used millions of Naira to fund his campaign.

Secrets Reporters is in possession of a text message which revealed how one of his boys, Louis Ndukwe, who is also the council chairman of Oshimili North LGA revealed to some persons how he was expecting money from the Joint Account Allocation Committee (JAAC) to enable him pay off some of those that worked in the campaign as well as fund campaign rallies held in the entire Delta North LG.

The text messages however showed that Ndukwe was happy to give away the money meant for the development of his local government to a campaign train, when Nwaoboshi was meant to foot his own bill, from the proceeds of inflated contracts he has done for the Delta State governor, under the immediate past governor, Emmanuel Uduaghan administration, as a party boss.

The council though broke, cannot challenge the deity called Nwaoboshi to a contest, since he singlehandedly installed him. As a payback to this, Ndukwe had in November 2014, paid a whooping sum of N10 million to him out of the N67 million Federal allocation to the constituency to also fund his Senatorial election.

More revelations which got to our crack team of reporters who made lots of visits to Oshimili unveiled how Oracle singlehandedly runs the treasury of the LG, and determines what is left of the account. Impeccable sources revealed that as the godfather of Ndukwe, he gets his ‘cut’ first once allocation is released. This supposed cut was kept away in his account and not even used for election, but sponsored by JAAC and Federal allocation.

The arrogant Senator we gathered jetted out to London with his PA for a nice time, as soon as he was declared the winner although he’s back to the country.

Oracle who won the election solely on the popularity and personal campaign of the Delta State governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, who pleaded with the electorates not to make him lose his district is reputed to be the richest billionaire in Delta North, though silent about it, with multi million naira worth of properties scattered all over the state, and a sprawling establishment in a former capital city.
