GOV. UDUAGHAN MEETS UPU PG, JOE OMENE; CONGRATULATES HIM FOR DOING HIS BIDDING OF EDEVBIE CANDIDATURE

The Urhobo Progressive Union (UPU) President General (PG) Joe Omene has truly proven to be a saboteur of the Urhobo nation over what transpired today in Delta State.

Our undercover reporter who has been following the governor and the PG disclosed to us that the UPU executives led by Omene visited Gov. Emmanuel Uduaghan house today in Warri at 11.00am Nigerian time. At the venue of the meeting where they were being waited for by Uduaghan and Chief Ayiri Emami as well as other core Sir Anthony Obuh political supporters, the governor we gathered asked the PG “Una don get candidate, na Edevbie I want o”.

At this junction, Omene pretended to open a sealed envelope which was doctored by the screening committee and lo and behold, David Edevbie name was in it. It was then submitted to the governor who glee with smile and congratulated them for a job well done. This action contravened the submission of the UPU who must endorse the list before being made public.

They went inside for further discussions where they were directed to make sure that all the delegates from Delta Central vote for Obuh come December 8th. The PG we according to our source who was with them agreed and assured Uduaghan of a bloc vote from the Central.

The list producing Edevbie is already generating serious crisis, as political watchers have distanced themselves from the screening committee. The confided in us that the list is that of the PG and Uduaghan and not the UPU
