WILLIE OBAINO OF APGA MAY BE DISQUALIFIED; AS HIS DOUBLE VOTER CARD IS EXPOSED (HIS INEC CARD INCLUDED)

All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) gubernatorial candidate for the Anambra State election has encountered more woe as the INEC card showing his illegal double registration has leaked from authentic sources in the electoral office.

Chief Willie Obiano, was dragged to court by Abum Emeremgini in Anambra State over an alleged double registration, but the case was dismissed by the presiding judge, Justice D. O. C. Amaechina for lack of merit and awarded cost against the plaintiff in the sum of N50, 000. Justice Amaechina further upheld that Chief Obiano, the 1st defendant had “fulfilled the conditions set out for qualification to the office of the Governor of a state as provided by section 117 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 as amended. The Judge also noted that Willie Obaino does not come within the ambit of any of the disqualifying conditions set out in section 182 of the 199 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Revelation by impeccable sources who leaked the APGA candidate double INEC card stated that On August 21, 2013 at 2:2:18pm, Willie Obiano was issued one voters card, VIN – 90F5B12B88377091121 while on September 3, 2013, he  was issued another voters card, VIN -90F5B15E7D378200332.
Both Voters card were registered under the same address: No 1 Chief Willie Obiano Street, Otuocha, which was obviously named after him.
With this revelation which Nigeria’s law forbid, Willie Obaino may be disqualified from participating in the November 16 Anambra gubernatorial election.
