Secrets Reporters

An investigation by our Reporter in Delta State is that the Provost, College of Education in Warri, Delta State is as corrupt as the word corruption.
The evils in the college have been on for years now, since Mr S.S EBISINE became the college provost.

Highlights of the evil practices of the Ag Provost, Mr.S. S EBISINE and his groups Which Mr. Inyama Chuks is the master planner and executioner are reported in this first series of our report.
Since Mr S.S EBISINE assumed office as the Acting Provost, the glory of the college began to fade away, school Fees was suddenly increased above what students were paying.

Investigations have it that if students disagree with him, the provost will threaten that he will seize the student’s result, and you will not graduate from the school.
Owing to this, students will remain calm and be forced to pay whatever levy he deems fit.

At times, he will even say it publicly that he doesn’t want anyone to protest in the school or invite strange bodies like the media to the college to destroy his name and his administration.
It was reported that the Students Union Government president named Progress in the 2013/2014 session was beaten up by cult boys because he challenged the provost for increasing school fees and the SUG president was admitted in the hospital for some days.

The payments which he has forced students to pay are as follows:

Payment for final year Project whether you like or not you must pay the sum of N6, 000.00 Naira before you are given a project supervisor.
Payment for Teaching Practice before you go for teaching practice, the sum of three thousand five hundred naira only(N3,500,00) must be paid before you will be assigned to a supervisor.
Payment for a carry-over course, which a student must pay the sum of five thousand naira only (N5.000. 00) before you will be allowed to write the carryover course.

Payment for extension years, which means, if a student graduated in 2006, and had some courses spilled, and you come back to write it in 2015, you will have to pay from 2006 to 2015. Secrets Reporters can authoritatively report that a female student recently made such corrupt payment from 2004 t0 2015 which cost her more than a Hundred thousand naira (100,000.00 ).

Payment for checking results: A website has been designed where the provost asked all students to check their results, but as soon as they knew students are no longer coming to their office, including exams and records to pay money for them. They made an announcement that no student should dare to visit the site in anywhere in the campus that the students should come to exams and records office to pay the sum of one thousand two hundred naira only (N1, 200. 00) without receipt.

Aside this, students do not have any other access to check for their results except on (www.coewarri.net) which you must access it with your matriculation number as username and 123 as password. E.g. 35563 as username and 123 as password (login).
