Secrets Reporters search light continues to beam on the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission(DESOPADEC) as our eagled eye reporter in the state caught up with the looting style of Mr. William Makinde, the Managing Director of DESOPADEC as new cars have been shared among the commission’s board.

We reliably gathered that all members of the DESOPADEC board went home with brand new cars as end of year gifts from the commission.
Makinde who asserts authority as the MD, went home with a prado jeep, worth 22million naira, a hilux vehicle worth 6million naira, and a land cruiser sports utility vehicle valued at 18million naira.

This is coming at a time when contractors who worked for DESOPADEC are been owed by the commission.

    Unsubstantiated story!!! How does board members collecting their official cars for their official duties be given a looting coloration? this junk journalist seeking cheap publicity should be advised on the tenets of exhaustive investigative journalism before coming into public domain.
