As the 2015 election pulls closer by the hour, one of Delta State front runner for the coveted post of the Delta State governor, Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, seems to be having it all smooth with various organizations and youth bodies throwing their weight behind his ambition.
One of such groups, Deltans Diaspora, which is meant for all Deltans in Nigeria and abroad have confided in Elombah.com of their intention to support the Senator. We gathered that the group will be having her inauguration meeting of all the Executives in the three Senatorial Districts and Local government areas on Saturday 5th April, 2014 at Keziah Hotel, Agbor Delta State.
We also authoritatively gathered that the Co-founder of the group, Mrs Sophia Happiness Odogwu has left her London base for the epoch making event which will have the National Coordinator, Mr Vincent Jude Oshiagwu, Barrister Eugene Uzum, Eboigbe all present.
It will be recalled that the Delta Political Vanguard as well as Urhobo Students Association last week vowed to mobilize their members for him, while calling on others to join the train.
