Secrets Reporters

The seat of power is still in deep shock following Wednesday Resignation of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Chairman, Adamu Muazu, who sources squealed has been having a silent running battle with President Goodluck Jonathan after his wife, Mrs Patience threw caution to the birds and insulted the living daylight out of the Northern indigenes, calling them irresponsible fathers and mothers who give birth and throw away the children.

The news which was reported exclusively by Secrets Reporters is currently causing uproar in the Presidency. Information made available to this newspaper is that top presidential aides of Northern extraction led by the National Security Adviser, Dasuki have been mandated to reach out to the Emirs of the regions sympathetic to the President to beg the PDP boss to withdraw his resignation letter.

One of the Emirs strongly considered to lead the begging is the Emir of Bauchi, Alhaji Muhammadu Rilwanu Suleimanu Adamu, who Muazu holds in high esteem and was part of the success of his administration while he held sway as governor.

As at yesterday evening, the PDP National Publicity Secretary has drafted a press release to disown the report and call it ‘figment of imagination of a desperate opposition party and its media house’. The press release is expected to be sent out before evening.
