Secrets Reporters can authoritatively report that the Rector of Maritime Academy, Mr.Joshua Okpo who is been investigated on an 11billion naira fraud is dead.
Sources who spoke with our medium said the Rector passed on today, but the cause of his death could not be ascertain as at press time.
Recollect that the Minister of Transport, Mr.Chibuike Amaechi had last week ordered for the probe and audit of the institution’s account from when the Rector took over office in 2011.
Funds so far released to the academy had stood at over 11billion naira.
