Despite Ascending House Of Representative Throne, Dabo Ismaila Haruna Remains Gripped To His Looting Pipeline, Lafhim Corporate Services Limited

Member of the house of representative in the 10th National Assembly, representing the Toro federal constituency of Bauchi State, Dabo Ismaila Haruna, is a member of white-collar crimes department, using his company, Lafhim Corporate Services Limited as disguise, exposed by information found on an open source portal.

It was discovered that the honorable, after assuming public office in 2023, still holds the position of director, in his company, Lafhim Corporate Services Limited, through which he has awarded himself contracts, worth of over two hundred million naira, which contradicts the rule of law in Nigeria.

On December 19th, 2019, Nigeria stored products research ilorin paid the sum of N41,067,450.00 to Lafhim Corporate Services Limited, as payment for strategic empowerment and training in Shani federal constituency Borneo state.

Records have it that on the same day, the Nigeria Stored Products Research experienced an outflow of ₦41,141,700.00 in favour of Lafhim Corporate Services Ltd as payment for “Agricultural training & provision of farming tools for youth & women in mafa maiduguri kaga Borno State”

On April 7th, 2021, National primary health care development agency paid the sum of N34,142,051.65 to Lafhim Corporate Services Limited as payment for renovation of Argungu General Hospital in kebbi north senatorial district Iga of Kebbi State.

Fast forward to January 26th, 2022, federal college of produce inspection and stored products technology, Kano  paid the sum of N30,620,930.23 to Lafhim Corporate Services Limited as payment for supply of strategic empowerment in Chibok Damboa and Gwoza.

 On October 25th, 2022 federal ministry of health paid the sum of N11,013,090.00 to Lafhim Corporate Services Limited as payment for final settlement for the provision of furniture and fittings at Yobe State women and children hospital Damaturu. 

Lafhim Corporate Services Ltd was incorporated in Abuja, Nigeria with Registration Number 1314860. It was registered on 11 February 2016 and its current status is unknown. The company’s registered office address is No. 13 Bola Ajibola Cresent, Katampe Extension.

The law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (CCBT Act), dictates that public officials should not own or run a private company while employed as full-time staff. However, such laws do not apply if the company or business is in the farming sector.
