Few days after President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria boasted that they are winning the war against Boko Haram, suspected members of the group struck this morning in Nyanya, Abuja hijacking a school bus belonging to a private school.
According to two sources who spoke to our reporters, the school bus belongs to Divine Kiddies Academy, while another source stated that it belongs to The Vine International Academy, Nyanya.
The bus we gathered was taken over by heavily armed gunmen, as the bus entered the school premises to drop off the kids for the school day. Our source reported that parents are already in wailing mood while those not kidnapped have been withdrawn by their parents.
This is the third attack taking place in Nyanya in less than two months
