GOV. UDUAGHAN ANNOINTED CANDIDATE, OBUH BREAKS CIVIL SERVICE RULE TO COVER CORRUPT PRACTICES

Secrets Reporters

In what may be termed the first official Civil Service fraud and breaking of law, information at our disposal reveals that one of Delta State guber aspirants, Sir Anthony Chuks Obuh, who was the immediate past Permanent Secretary, Government House has broken the civil service rule just to cover up his suspected fraud while he held sway.

Obuh who is conversant with the civil service rule we gathered subverted it by handing over to a Grade Level 13 officers while there are other senior cadre in same office. This nefarious action we can reliably informed was done to cover up some tracks which we shall soon uncover.
On leaving office to contest for the 2015 guber, Obuh deliberately handed over power to Mr Benson Oboroh, a level 13 admin officer, while there were six officers ahead of him. Two of such people who were supposed to hold sway due to Obuh’s resignation include Mr Kingsley Olumoko who is the governor’s Chief Protocol as well as Dr Anthony Nwokolobia.
Secrets Reporters gathered that Oboroh who until his elevation was the Private Secretary to the governor knew all the secrets of Obuh, as he took all the financial minutes which the latter carried out. In the wee days to his handing over, Obuh vehemently refused to hand over to the most senior officer s stipulated by the Civil Service law, but convinced the governor to install Oboroh in his stead.
In a letter sent to the Accountant General of the State, our source stated that Obuh describe Oboroh as the most senior officer and urged him to cooperate with him in the course of his duties. He also wrote to the AG that only Oboroh be allowed to sign and counter sign all cheques in government house
Obuh is the rumored anointed choice of Governor Emmanuel Uduaghan and despite not having majority of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who see him as a usurper, the governor is bent on installing him. Despite all media reports linking him to anointing Obuh, he has not come out publicly to deny so.
