For many Nigerians, the governor of Cross River State is Professor Ben Ayade, elected on April 11th 2015, but those who live in the state knows that he’s only a surrogate governor, bearing the name while his brother governs.
This is the sorry state of a state where Frank Ayade, the governor’s younger brother is the true ruler, as gathered by Secrets Reporters. Popularly called Dr Frank, sources revealed that he single handedly brought out the current Chief of Staff to the governor, who must do his bidding at the expense of Ben and the state.
Carrying himself as the governor, we are reliably informed that all the monies released in the government comes through him. The governor is already enmeshed in corruption as he began the running of the government on fraud. One of his first corrupt practices as a governor was the allocation of N500 million for dustbins to be placed in strategic places all over the state,
Despite this whooping sum of money collected, our sources revealed that the dustbins were not delivered. The contract for this fraud was carried out by the acting governor, Frank. Another contract currently being handled by Frank is said to be the garment factory, which many residents believe will go the way of the dustbin.
