ECOWAS YOUTH COUNCIL CONGRATULATES THE NEW PRESIDENT OF GHANA AND THE PEOPLE OF GHANA

The President, on behalf of the Executive members and the Board, heartily congratulate President Nana Akuffo-Addo and Vice President Mahamadu Bawumia, on their successful inauguration as the President and Vice President of Ghana respectively.

I also congratulate the people of Ghana, and the former President, His Excellency, John Dramani Mahama, on this peaceful transition of power to the new President.

It is our belief and hope that President Akuffo-Addo will not betray the trust reposed on him by the people of Ghana.

The ECOWAS Youth Council wishes to assure His Excellency of her continuous support to his government and also look forward to having a great working relationship with the government of Ghana.
