Controversies have trailed the statement made by the Akwa Ibom Commissioner for Information, Charles Udoh, as sources have reached out to Secret Reporters.
We gathered that, Charles Udoh, who was brought in to head the State’s information ministry, has been complaining, about the influx of persons to his office from his community, and all manner of persons, who are seeking for help.
Sources say, he issued a warning some days ago, that. He should be allowed to rest, and breath, because he is tired of their demands.
Charles we gathered, said, his sister’s husband is his Personal Assistant, and only his family members can work as his aide, so no other person can be employed.
According to informed sources, the Commissioner has been described as being parsimonious, as he is always not available to meet people and always having the mindset that they need money from him.
The Lagos returnee has not been accessible, neither has he done anything for Uyo Local Government Area, since appointed. a source said.
As at the time of this report, Charles Udoh has issued a warning to staff in his office, never to let anybody from his village or from Uyo enter his office again, as he needed rest from their disturbances.
